Six Sigma for Legal Professionals Part I is a course presented by RedShift Legal that addresses challenges faced by legal practitioners as they attempt to respond to the changing practice environment.  The first of two sessions that can be taken individually, Part I focuses exclusively on giving participants a basic understanding of Six Sigma, including its underlying philosophy, development and history.  During this session we will push participants to think about their practice management in more holistic terms than the billable hours model often demands, starting with developing an understanding of true client satisfaction.

The material is presented by RedShift Legal founder, Kimberly Williams, who is a thought leader on legal issues arising from eDiscovery, and has provided expert advice to many in-house and outside counsel clients on these and other issues.
