The Duty of Supervision is a course presented by RedShift Legal that addresses lawyers ethical duty to competently exercise supervision over both junior attorneys and non-legal support staff.  The course focuses on legal project management as an integral component of achieving effective supervision in complex legal matters that rely on matrixed team structures (e.g., attorneys, experts, technology providers, records management teams, client business leaders, etc.)

The presentation also provides an overview of relevant Model Rules and recent case law.

The material is presented by RedShift Legal founder, Kimberly Williams, who is a thought leader on legal issues arising from eDiscovery, and has provided expert advice to many in-house and outside counsel clients on these and other issues.

This session is 1 (one) hour in duration and provides 1 (one) Ethics CLE credit.
