Ethics & Metadata is a course presented by RedShift Legal that addresses the ethical nuances of the legal and practical issues raised by the handling of metadata. This session provides practitioners with a fundamental understanding of their obligations vis-à-vis both their obligations clients and adverse parties, and delves into the differences in the treatment of metadata related to discovery as opposed to metadata collected through other processes.
The material is presented by RedShift Legal founder, Kimberly Williams, who is a thought leader on legal issues arising from eDiscovery, and has provided expert advice to many in-house and outside counsel clients on these and other issues.
This session is 1 (one) hour in duration and provides 1 (one) Ethics CLE credit.
